Relational Psychotherapy in New York City
Individual and couples therapy in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Liv Mental Health
Healing and growth can be challenging, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling the weight of past experiences or facing challenges in your relationship, we offer a warm, welcoming space for relational psychotherapy where you can be honest about what you’re carrying and feel fully supported.
Our work is grounded in relational and attachment-focused therapy with attention to somatic awareness. We focus on what matters most—the moments that spark insight, the conversations that feel necessary but tough, and the steps that help you move forward. Together, we will process what has been difficult, nurture your connection with yourself, and deepen your bond with the people who matter most.
Who we are
At Liv Mental Health, we believe healing and growth happen through connection—with yourself, with others, and within a safe, supportive space. Our New York City–based practice, with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, takes a relational, attachment-based approach to therapy. We help our clients explore how foundational life experiences and relationships have shaped their emotions, behaviors, and patterns, so they can successfully move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Grounded in this relational, attachment-focused work, we integrate somatic awareness and experiential practices to deepen the therapeutic process. Rather than focusing solely on insight, we also attend to how experiences live in the body and present-moment awareness. This allows for a more integrated form of change—supporting emotional understanding alongside a stronger mind-body connection.
Whether you’re beginning to think about therapy or feel ready to take the next step, we’ll meet you where you are. Together, we can work toward building stronger connections, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being. In a city like New York, where the pace and demands of daily life can be intense, having a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect can be especially important.
Wherever you are in your journey, we’re honored to walk alongside you.
“With a little courage, so much is possible”
