My approach to therapy is integrative and inquisitive, drawing from a variety of methods to best suit your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

I am deeply curious about the complexities of the human experience and believe that exploring your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is key to understanding yourself more fully. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we get to explore experiences and concerns in a safe, nonjudgmental way.
