About me
Olivia C. Padelukas, LMHC, MS.Ed.
I know how difficult it can be to open up about your most vulnerable, hidden self. Taking that first step is often the hardest, and though it means facing thoughts and feelings you’d rather avoid, it’s also the beginning of a path toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you, where we can face these challenges together. With empathy and support, we’ll begin to explore the feelings and experiences that cause pain and keep you feeling stuck.
My philosophy is to simply focus on connecting with you as a whole person. Whether you’re struggling with building healthy relationships, navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma, my approach is rooted in increasing your self-awareness and helping you develop the tools to better understand and soothe yourself.
My ultimate hope is to help you make sense of the past, embrace the present, and look toward a more hopeful future. If you find yourself constantly caught in your thoughts, disconnected from the present moment, this moment is when you can finally regain control. The important thing to remember is that you don’t have to go through this alone. With a little courage, so much is possible.
